Monte-Carlo Beach
Starting
with the Monte-Carlo Beach, where
you’ll find a real gem tucked away inside. Following its huge success in
Ibiza each of the last three summers, Jondal is coming to La Vigie from 21 June,
promising a divine blend of elegance, serenity, and Mediterranean flavours.
The glamorous and modern hotel is also home to Le Deck, which is set to reopen on 14 April. The summer
brasserie is popular with guests for its vast terrace with panoramic views,
friendly atmosphere, and of course the menu packed with mouth-watering seasonal
flavours.
If you have a taste for some of the finest
dining to be found on the planet, you’ll want to book a table at Elsa, which
earned one star in the 2025 Michelin Guide. Overlooking the Mediterranean, the restaurant
managed by top chef Marcel Ravin can be found at the Monte-Carlo Beach, serving
up dishes inspired by the marine world, beautifully balancing delights from the
sea with terrestrial treasures. The restaurant is due to reopen on 16 April.
On
the other side of the hotel, Monaco will be going Greek with Sea Satin at Maona Monte-Carlo from
16 May onwards. The party-style restaurant is known for its unique atmosphere
with an energetic vibe, bouncing DJ sets, and generous Hellenic cuisine.
Coya
With
its fusion cuisine and enchanting setting, Coya Monte-Carlo takes
diners on a voyage to the heart of Latin America. Chef Victoria Vallenilla’s menu explores the
best of Peruvian flavours, with
dishes made using an exciting blend of Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish culinary
techniques. You can experience the
restaurant’s lively and colourful vibe from April to October.
Jimmy's Monte-Carlo
Just
around the corner is Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo the
legend of legendary Monegasque nightclubs.
The venue celebrated its fiftieth anniversary last year, and still has
all of the ingredients for the perfect night out, making it an essential
destination for stylish jet-setters.

Twiga Monte-Carlo
Twiga Monte-Carlo is
another iconic nightspot by the sea, and is due to reopen on 10 April.
You can even dine there too if it takes your fancy, with the venue’s own
restaurant Vesta Fiorichiari serving
delightful Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant and refined setting.
Méridien Beach Plaza
Just
a little further along the coastline, the Méridien Beach Plaza is also home to
some exclusive concept eateries. By the hotel’s pool and private beach, the
summer restaurant Muse, set
to open in June, invites you to experience delicious moments in the shade of the pine trees with its
typical Mediterranean specialities in the perfect setting.
Looking
for something completely different? This summer, the Méridien Beach Plaza will
welcome a new pop-up concept: Café Lacoste. With
its chic casual atmosphere, the café created in collaboration with the Giraudi
Group will serve an exclusive selection of delectable culinary creations.
Fairmont Monte Carlo
Heading
towards the Monte-Carlo district with its legendary Casino, there’s a hidden
treasure to be found perched on the rooftop of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo. Amù – the
Monegasque word for love - is a paean to the Principality and the local
heritage. The culinary gem expertly
fuses the flavours of the French and Italian Rivieras.
The
four-star establishment is also home to the Nikki Beach. Standing
majestically over the famous hairpin bend on the Formula 1 circuit, the
exclusive venue’s standout feature is its prime position. It’s perfect for
lazing by the pool or partying under the azure skies.
