Smakeljik!
Monaco’s first ever Belgian brasserie is now open at the Méridien Beach
Plaza hotel. Diners will be transported to the Low Countries with a selection
of Belgian delicacies, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- The Blue Bay restaurant is re-opening as the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin
After several months of renovations, the legendary two Michelin-starred
restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is re-opening under the
name: Le Blue Bay Marcel Ravin. The chef has radically transformed the restaurant with a new-look
interior design inspired by the five elements and a fresh new menu with
Caribbean and Mediterranean influences, while retaining some famed house
classics.
Discover a great new place for Sunday lunch with family or friends. This
churrasqueira at the Lobby Lounge serves a generous selection of flavours with
grills, a buffet, a guacamole bar, and delicious desserts. And to round things
off perfectly, there’s live musical entertainment and a simply stunning
