The Hotel
With its many green areas, its seaside terraces, it is
the perfect place for a romantic weekend, a moment of relaxation, a business
trip or to come and see some of the events which punctuate the Monegasque year
such as the Ballet season, the International Circus Festival or the Formula 1 Grand
Prix.
It is the only hotel on the Bay of Monte‑Carlo to enjoy a private beach. The
beach flanks a protected marine reserve and offers a favoured setting for hotel
customers.

Catering
The hotel has two restaurants (Muse Restaurant and l’Intempo by Sergi Arola) and
two bars (longitude 7° 26’ and the Alang Bar). Different, very contrasting atmospheres
which come together harmoniously indoors and out. The play of light and spaces punctuates
an authentic culinary experience suitable for business lunches, Sunday brunch or
a romantic meal for tête-à-tête.
Smakelijk!:
The hotel’s newest restaurant, Smakelijk! is also the Principality’s
first Belgian-style brasserie! Opened in February 2024, it takes diners on a
culinary voyage to Belgium, to taste the hearty fare of the low countries in a
warm and friendly atmosphere with traditional Belgian good humour.
Muse:
Muse is the hotel’s seasonal restaurant, an idyllic setting for a
refreshing lunch or dinner beneath the pine trees, overlooking the sea. This
little oasis in the heart of the Principality opened in June 2023, with its
elegant and vibrant yellow and green-themed decor providing a delightful hint
of exoticism. The menu created by Chef Laurent Colin is a veritable explosion
of flavours, and a concentration of the very finest Mediterranean cuisine has
to offer, married perfectly with a musical ambience.
On Sundays, Muse is the place to be with a sumptuous brunch including a
wide selection of colourful dishes and a live concert by the water’s edge.
Bar Longitude 7° 26’:
With its contemporary interior and its terrace facing
the sea, Longitude 7° 26’ welcomes its guests to a sophisticated world made

it at any hour of day or night. By day, the menu of creative coffees and eclairs
to take away recall the ambiance of European coffee-houses, while the range of
fizzy cocktails when night falls set the tone for a sparkling atmosphere with
DJ sets on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

two floors and is equipped with cardio-training and exercise machines. Aquagym classes
are also on offer. Open every day from 6.30am to 10.30pm.

Kids Club
It is important to stimulate early learning for younger
children! The Méridien Family offers a panoply of activities to keep children
busy in the summer (July and August)
Our Kids Club area has been designed to be creative, to
link with music, art and cooking. The aim is to let younger children express their
creativity and talent by offering activities which stimulate their senses,
particularly on our snack workshop when they get the chance of an introduction
to cooking.
Cookery,
Oenology and Mixology Workshops
Twice a month, chef Laurent Colin and his team open
the doors of their world to lovers of gourmet food. The workshop is followed by
a tasting of the compositions at dinner with a glass of wine, water and a coffee.
And, as an exquisite dish would be of little interest without the accompaniment
of a good wine, sommelier Dominique Milardi is happy to add to the tasting. Alongside
this sommelier with a passion for wine, you can add to your knowledge about the
winemaker’s art and quickly learn to distinguish the aromas of wines from
Corsica, Piedmont, Tuscany, the Jura and Spain… Great adventures in prospect!…
Once a month our head barman, Yohann Loustaud, also
offers a mixology workshop where you can learn to make great classic or trendy cocktails. For further information
