Welcome to the Principality's one and only food truck...Valentin. The name may ring a bell. The owners of the former "Le Valentin" restaurant, a little gem serving Mediterranean cuisine in the Monte-Carlo district, can now be found with their truck on the terrace of the Villa Paloma contemporary art museum, with the Valentin Food Truck!
Who says contemporary art, street food, and panoramic views don't go together? Certainly not the "Valentin Food Truck"! This superb, pastel green food truck blends seamlessly into its new surroundings, in the lush gardens of the Villa Paloma.
At lunchtime, head over and pick up some of their amazing Italian specialities, like faccacio washed down with a glass of wine in the shade of the parasols, as you relax and savour the sumptuous view of the Rock and the beatiful blue Mediterranean. Seriously, what could be better?
Here's a little chef's secret: some of the ingredients come straight from the Villa Paloma's own vegetable garden, and that of the Monaco Government Department of Urban Amenities in the village of Eze.
Take a well-deserved break and experience a little taste of Monaco in an enchanting setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city!
