With operas, concerts, and stand-up shows, there's an eclectic programme of the highest quality to discover at the Grimaldi Forum
Monaco.
The prestigious venue in the Larvotto district not only hosts professional conferences and congresses all year round, but is also the stage for numerous cultural shows, exhibitions, and performances.
One of the most important dates on the calendar is the famous grand summer exhibition. This year's will be a retrospective dedicated to Claude Monet entitled "Monet: Capturing the Sun", showcasing around one hundred of the iconic impressionist artist's paintings.
The Grimaldi Forum Monaco also presents shows for all the family, including "Around the World in 80 Days", adapted from the Jules Verne novel, on 3 and 3 December.
A week later, on 10 December, the Voca People will be bringing their unique theatrical experience to the Principality, an incredible blend of comedy and vocal performance that has thrilled audiences around the world!
The exceptional programme at the GFM also includes the essential pop culture event MAGIC – Monaco Anime Game International Conferences - which returns on 25 and 26 February 2023! This 6th edition will feature round table discussions, top cosplayers, competitions, and a special guest in the shape of Yoichi Takahashi, creator of Captain Tsubasa!
The Grimaldi Forum is also the place to experience great music. The Thursday
Live Sessions with their special atmosphere are a regular fixture, while the Salle des Princes will play host to a true icon of French popular music on 11 March 2023, as Véronique Sanson performs her new show "Hasta luego".
The programme at the GFM has plenty for fans of comedy too, with 2023 kicking off with Paul Mirabel performing his one man show "Zèbre" on 12 January. The stand-up season ends on 2 June with Baptiste Lecaplain and his third show "Voir les
gens".
In between, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco will host "Les Sérénissimes de l’Humour", the annual comedy festival that brings together a veritable smorgasbord of the funniest acts around. This year, comedy fans can see Elodie Poux, Olivier de Benoist, Arnaud Ducret, and Jérémy Ferrari from 14 to 17 March. The festival will close on Saturday 18 March with a special line-up of five up and coming talents, each of whom will have 20 minutes on stage to win over the audience!
