Stay in an exceptional
luxury hotel
Since 1864, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has aspired to offer the very
best of the time and it continues to symbolise that same excellence in the art
of hospitality. The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is perfectly located on the
legendary Place du Casino. With 206 rooms, including 41 junior suites, 48 suites and 7 Diamond Suites of great luxury, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is
today heir to the spirit of the grand hotels, and a temple of gastronomy with
the three Michelin-starred restaurant Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de
Paris, Le Grill (one Michelin star). Its prestigious cellars are among
the best stocked in the world, with almost 350,000 bottles.
A world-famous, iconic luxury establishment, the Hôtel de Paris
Monte-Carlo is now opening a new chapter in its illustrious history. After four
years of transformation (completed in December 2018), the Hôtel de Paris
Monte-Carlo has successfully reinvented itself, whilst retaining its unique DNA
and legendary heritage.
The façade has been restored in all its Belle Époque glory dating back
to 1909, while new spaces have been created, including an ultra-exclusive patio
that is home to some of the world’s most prestigious jewellery houses, and a
spacious rooftop Wellness Area of nearly 1,000 m2: the Wellness Sky
Club, now completing the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo spa. The pinnacle of this transformation comes in
the form of two brand new suites, created to be the most exceptional anywhere
on the Riviera.
Sumptuous suites
The Princess Grace Suite is a magnificent 983 m2 suite with
two private terraces of 143 m2 and 378 m2 commanding
spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Prince’s Palace. Occupying the top two floors of the Hôtel de
Paris Monte-Carlo, the Princess Grace Suite is an intimate haven of peace and
tranquillity, bathed in light and the gentle fragrance of the roses growing on
the patio. Outstandingly appointed with
bespoke luxury service, this suite was completed in February 2019, and is the
sister of the Prince Rainier III suite, which at 830 m2 is the
hotel’s largest. With a further 350 m2 of outdoor terrace space, it also boasts an infinity pool with countercurrent
swimming jets. Overlooking the legendary Place du Casino, the Prince Rainier
III suite is a monument to the historic links between the hotel and the Casino,
two iconic buildings dating from the late 19th century on the Rock of Monaco.
Dining
With three Michelin stars, Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris is as delightfully surprising as ever. The menu,
created by chefs Alain Ducasse and Emmanuel Pilon, is inspired by the local
cuisine of the Riviera, re-invented in a fresh and vibrant new interpretation.
Located
on the ground floor of the celebrated Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Em Sherif Monte-Carlo takes
diners on a culinary voyage of the senses inspired by Lebanese and
Mediterranean-style cuisine, in a warm and upbeat setting with live Dj sets in
the evening, and unrivalled sea views.
On the eighth floor, Le Grill offers outstanding panoramic views over the Mediterranean. The roof opens
fully, for sun-drenched lunches or starlit dinners. The menu features the
grilled meats that have forged the restaurant’s reputation.
Tucked away inside the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is one of the most legendary bars
in Monaco: Le Bar Américain.
With wood, velvet, patinaed leather furniture, and refined lighting, the
Bar Américain is synonymous with the glamour and style of the classic age of
jazz. Enjoy live music in this historic venue, which has played host to some of
the world’s greatest stars.
