With two Michelin stars and an innovative culinary style, the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin has undergone a radical transformation. Award-winning chef Marcel Ravin, who has been distinguished by prestigious organisation Les Grandes Tables du Monde, takes his inspiration from the flavours of the Caribbean to sculpt an expert fusion of cuisine from his native Martinique and the Mediterranean.

Using organic fruits and vegetables from the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s very own garden, and fish caught under the “Mr Goodfish” charter, the Chef’s commitment to sustainable, responsible gastronomy could not be clearer.

Discover quality fast food at L’Orange Verte, which also offers take-away dishes and drinks to enjoy as you please! The menu includes seasonal entrées, superb cuts of meat, fish, delicious pasta and risotto dishes, and the classics, from tartares to burgers, salads, and soups, plus a generous selection of pastries. Whatever time it is, there’s something mouthwatering to enjoy on the terrace or in the winter garden.

The Blue Gin bar is often called the Principality’s “Waterfront”.  This seaside space offers a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean all year round from its heated terrace. From the comfort of the lounges, the glass walls give the feeling of lounging on a boat drifting among the huge yachts moored in the distance.  The cosy welcoming atmosphere inside, makes the Blue Gin the ideal place to spend winter evenings listening to the disco funk sounds of top DJs including Nicolas Saad. 

Summer restaurant Las Brisas serves dishes drenched in sunshine, created by Marcel Ravin. With fish and seafood from the catch of the day, delicious fresh vegetables and spices, grills and salads with eclectic influences, there’s a vast selection of flavours to savour in an idyllic setting that’s just perfect for the summer.
