Exposition - "Cinémato !"
From Tuesday 25 January to Saturday 31 December 2022, from 10am to 5:30pm (5pm on friday), Audiovisual Institute of Monaco
Cinémato ! Albert I of Monaco, image and sound pioneer. Sovereign scholar and humanist, Prince Albert I (1848-1922) was interested, beyond passion for science, in all the innovative techniques of his time. Thanks to loans from the Archives of the Palace of Monaco and the Oceanographic Institute, the collections of the Audiovisual Institute and the know-how of its teams, this cabinet of curiosities intends to recall how much Prince Albert I was able to link the experience of photography and sound recording. Organised by the Audiovisual Institute of Monaco.

Exhibition - "Polar Mission"
Until Sunday 5 January 2025, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco
Discover an immersive and interactive experience! Take on the role of a roving reporter and set off on a mission to explore the polar regions! This new exhibition includes five thematic areas spread over two levels. Learn about the poles and their wildlife, and the men and women who populate and explore them. Fascinating objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices come together to create a 360° experience. The great voyage can begin! The IMMERSION room (space N°4) has closed. The other areas of the Polar Mission exhibition will remain open until 5 January 2025.

This tribute to the ocean features a mixture of well-known classics and contemporary songs, performed by a quarter of American artists (Soprano, Bass, Baritone, and Pianist. An original musical composition that gently reminds us how important it is to cherish the sea, and protect its rich biodiversity. Concert organised by the Prince Albert II of MOnaco Foundation and the United States Consulate in Marseille.
