From souvenir gift shops to the biggest names in designer fashion, from elegant shopping malls to bustling market halls, the Principality has everything a shopaholic could wish for.

The benefits of a little retail therapy are well proven. For maximum effect, shop during the sales! Don’t miss the bargains on offer this summer, until 10 August.
And if that’s still not enough for you, many stores and boutiques will be open every Sunday throughout the summer period, as part of the "Monaco Sunday Experience", so you can shop seven days a week without interruption.

 Every neighbourhood in the Principality has its own distinctive atmosphere.

Monaco Old Town
If you like your shopping experience to be punctuated with a leisurely stroll or two through tranquil gardens with spectacular sea views,
then head to the Old Town district, where the shopkeepers sell perfect souvenirs and other wares to take home with you from our little Mediterranean corner of paradise. With boutiques selling swimwear, traditional Provençal fragrances, or limoncello, haute couture fashion by Danish designer Isabell Kristensen or handmade items from  La Boutique du Rocher, there’s something to suit every taste!

Fontvieille
The Fontvieille district, built entirely on land reclaimed from the sea, is another of the Principality’s popular shopping hubs. Fontvieille shopping mall is packed with shops welcoming visitors with branded clothing, furnishings, fragrances, and much more.  Nearby, you can find Banana Moon, the successful swimwear brand founded in Monaco in the 1980s.

Monte-Carlo
Tucked away behind the lush greenery of the Jardins des Boulingrins is the One Monte-Carlo, an ultra-high-end complex in the heart of Monaco’s most upscale district. This pedestrianised area perfectly situated between the  l’hôtel Hermitage and the Place du Casino is home to the biggest names in luxury fashion. With everything from designer clothes and accessories to wellness services and even the “jewellers’ patio” inside the Hôtel de Paris itself, the One-Monte Carlo offers a shopping experience you’ll find nowhere else.

On the nearby Place de Casino and Avenue de Monte-Carlo, you’ll find an equally dazzling array of world-famous brands including  Zegg&Cerlati and Gucci, to name but two.

Admire the sumptuous surroundings of the  Métropole Shopping Monte-Carlo, mall, with its magnificent period chandeliers and superb decor of Carrara marble and Bohemian crystal. Every one of its 64 shops and restaurants adds to this luxury mall’s refinement and glamour. Don’t forget to stop by APM Monaco, a local designer brand with stylish and modern collections that has Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc as its face.
 The Monte-Carlo district hosts every kind of fashion trend with an eclectic collection of designer boutiques. Alongside the biggest luxury names you’ll find high street brands like Zara, Sephora and FNAC.

A little further on, you’ll come to the Boulevard des Moulins, a veritable paradise for shopping fans.  This chic and elegant street is brimming with luxury boutiques, world-famous designers and international brands sush as Fashion for Floors, United Colors of Benetton and Baby Dior. Whether you’re just doing some window shopping or are a hardcore fashionista, you’ll be wowed by the selection of clothing, accessories, and jewellery, with unique and refined items for an unforgettable retail experience. With everything from the latest trends to timeless classics, the Boulevard des Moulins is an essential shopping destination in Monaco.

Condamine
There are yet more shops waiting to be discovered in the district  La Condamine, where cool, quiet alleyways run between the colourful late 19th century houses. From the picturesque Rue de Milloto the pleasant, fully pedestrianised Rue Caroline, and from the lively Rue Grimaldi to the Promenade Honoré-II, you’ll find a host of charming stalls selling all manner of produce in a historic neighbourhood that’s popular with the locals.  For a friendly welcome and the chance to pick up some quality purchases, this traditional and authentically Monegasque corner of the Principality is a must!

Larvotto
There’s year-round shopping in Larvotto, Monaco’s seaside district by the Mediterranean with its brand new Renzo Piano-designed promenade. Shops selling swimwear, clothing, and decorative items await under the glorious sunshine.
Just a stone’s throw from the promenade on Avenue Princesse Grace, you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous among the luxury car dealerships, restaurants and boutiques.

Monoïkos 1297
Monoïkos 1297 on Rue Caroline specialises in eco-friendly luxury items made in Monaco, with collections inspired by the Principality including shawls, beach towels, and candles.

APM
The spirit of Monegasque excellence can also be found at APM Monaco, whose boutique in the Métropole Shopping Monte-Carlo mall sells bespoke jewellery. Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc is the face of this local brand, known for its stylish and modern creations. APM is an important part of the local community, and is the main shirt sponsor of AS Monaco football club.

Banana Moon
Monaco is home to a hugely successful swimwear brand: Banana Moon. Founded here in the Principality in the 1980s, the brand went on to forge a worldwide reputation, thanks in no small part to Princess Diana and her nineties-style swimming costume. Banana Moon is now an essential beachwear name with its colourful, tropical designs. 

La Boutique du Rocher
Monaco’s Old Town is not about souvenir gift shops! It’s also home to creatives, artists, and several shops with a very special kind of know-how. One such is La Boutique du Rocher, the official store of the Princess Grace Foundation. It sells baby clothes and household linen items made by around 150 creators who work to bring the project to life.
