Two interactive 3D terminals have just been installed at the Office of Tourism and in the main hall of the railway station, just by the tourist information point.
To enjoy the best possible experience, visitors can now find interactive terminals with virtual 3D replicas of the city, along with a host of useful practical information. The new scheme is one of the first examples of how Monaco's "digital twin" can be used for the benefit of the general public.
Travellers will be directly immersed in a representation of the Principality, enabling them to choose what they'd like to see and do, and providing them with comprehensive information about the places they visit, while finding their way more easily.
The termains suggest a list of points of interest, organised by theme:
monuments & iconic locations, concert & conference venues, beaches, photo spots, shops & markets, museums, and parks & gardens. And if you're still in need of inspiration, simply click on "suggested itinerary" to see a list of predetermined routes: "A Day in Monaco", "Formula 1 Circuité", "Nature in the City", and so on. And for the cherry on the cake, the itineraries can be downloaded to your smartphone using a QR code, so you're sure never to get lost!
