Exhibition - "Polar Mission"
Until Sunday 5 January 2025, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco
Discover an immersive and interactive experience! Take on the role of a roving reporter and set off on a mission to explore the polar regions! This new exhibition includes five thematic areas spread over two levels. Learn about the poles and their wildlife, and the men and women who populate and explore them. Fascinating objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices come together to create a 360° experience. The great voyage can begin! The IMMERSION room (space N°4) has closed. The other areas of the Polar Mission exhibition will remain open until 5 January 2025.

Exhibition - "Regards Croisés"
From Friday 17 March to Tuesday 27 June 2023, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco
This exhibition tells the story of the great expedition undertaken by Les Explorations de Monaco in the Indian Ocean in October and November 2022, as seen through the eyes of three artists - Elise Rigot, Chloé Thibault, Rémi Leroy, two photographers - Filip Kulisev, Nicolas Mathys, a journalist - Stéphane Dugast, and a director - Sylvain Péroumal, as well as quotes from various participants. Visitors will discover the highlights of the expedition, and the everyday lives of those involved, the numan adventure, the ship itself - a key character in the story, the scientific work performed day and night, and the exceptional natural sites visited. It is both a celebration of travel, discovery, and imagination, and a thought-provoking reflection on a world faced with very real environmental challenges...

Exhibition - "George Condo - Humanoids"

For George Condo, "the Humanoid is not a science fiction monster, but a depiction that uses traditional methods to bring a person's inner emotions to the surface". Over the course of eight sections, the exhibition traces the continuity of a profuse body of work that ranges from “space beings” to Who’s Who, from Guido Reni to Bugs Bunny. Featuring specially produced paintings, the exhibition offers a glimpse of the artist’s process of invention – as crazy as it is erudite – of humanoids.

Exhibition - "The Prince at Home"
From Wednesday 31 May to Sunday 20 August 2023, Les Grands Appartements du Palais Princier
This year marks the centenary of the birth of Prince Rainier III, who would have turned 100 years old on 31 May 2023. As a tribute to the eclectic Prince, who created the Television Festival in 1961 and the Circus Festival in 1974, a new exhibition called "The Prince at Home" is to open at the Prince's Palace. In the State Apartments, the Palace Archives and the Audiovisual Institute will present one hundred still and moving images that represent the Sovereign's personality and work, taken at the Palace and his other residences, along with other rare documents and objects.

Exhibition - "Planète Mer"
From Saturday 3 June to Thursday 31 August 2023, Galerie des Pêcheurs
As precious as they are vulnerable, the oceans and seas cover 70% of our planet and account for 97% of all water found on Earth. They connect people, provide food and oxygen, regulate our climate by absorbing almost a quarter of the CO2 produced, and are home to vastly diverse species. With the support of the Monaco Department for the Environment, Olivier Jude and Sylvie Laurent have chosen to exhibit a selection of unusual images that incite a sense of wonder, but also a deep reflection on the protection of our marine environment. This exhibition is being held under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II.

Environment - "Monaco Zero Cigarette Butts"
All summer, Principality of Monaco
As every summer, Monaco City Hall is joining forces with the Tourist and Convention Authority and Société Monégasque d’Assainissement, for a campaign aimed at raising awareness among residents and visitors about the need to keep our environment clean and stamp out pollution, especially in the form of cigarette butts. Throughout the summer season, the staff at the Tourist and Convention Authority will be handing our pocket ashtrays in various areas around the Principality. For information, a number of "MégotBoxes" (terminals for collecting and recycling cigarette butts) can be found outside City Hall.

Exhibition - "Santo Sospir - Mauro Restiffe / Jean Cocteau"

The Nouveau Musée National de Monaco presents "Santo Sospir", an exhibition by the artist Mauro Restiffe, inspired by the house occupied and decorated by Jean Cocteau in Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat between 1950 and 1962. This silent conversation, orchestrated by Restiffe in the Villa Sauber, is like a cinematographic montage that alternates long shots and close-ups, monumental prints and smaller formats, fostering an embodied vision of the tattooed villa, where a (faceless) self-portrait of the author appears.

This remarquable altarpiece depicting St Jerome and St Joseph with the priest Clemente di Antonio Andrucci as donor is a rare masterpiece by one of the most intriguing figures of the Renaissance in Lucca, Sano Ciampanti (1474-1532/35). Discovered at age 17 by local label Dime On Music, Elise Allasia is a young, promising talent whose fledgling career has already seen her perform across multiple festival stages internationally, presenting a groovy set of original tracks with several notable collaborations including Medi and Jake Raggio. From the floating sea ice and polar bears of the north, to the emperor penguins and vast ice deserts of the south, this exhibition features the iconic photography of Greg Lecoeur, portraying the incredible biodiversity to be found in the Arctic and Antarctic regions, both essential to the health and balance of our planet. Against a backdrop of breathtaking giant decors, "Fragile Polar Worlds" aims to document, inspire, and raise awareness about the important of protecting our oceans. Organised in collaboration with the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco.
